We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- How are my purchases shipped?
All Out of the Blue jewelry is packaged in a beautiful aqua cotton-filled gift box, wrapped with a strip of text from a vintage book, and finished off with a lovely ribbon. Packages are shipped via USPS First Class mail within 3 days of your order. If you require expedited shipping or tracking, please contact me for options. I am happy to ship orders internationally, but please keep in mind that your order will not be received for approximately 2-3 weeks and Out of the Blue cannot be held responsible for hold-ups in customs. All orders are shipped to the address provided on your Paypal account. If you need it sent to another address you must inform me of the address at the time of your order.
- Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Refunds/exchanges are only offered if there is an error on my part or if an item is faulty. If an item is faulty you must contact me within 5 days of receipt for a refund/exchange.
